I work with children, adolescents, adults and older adults across a broad range of mental health disorders, and have a particular interest in children and adults with a background of complex trauma.
I am experienced in the provision of multiple therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Compassion-Focussed Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy and Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR).
I am experienced in the provision of clinical psychological assessments across the lifespan with a range of mental health disorders including cognitive, intellectual, forensic and psychosocial assessments.
My employment history has included working in the private, public and non-government sectors, that include acute inpatient, community mental health teams and therapeutic residential care with young people.
I utilise a individualised approach, and will work both individually and systemically with my patients and their support systems.
