The majority of our psychologists are clinically endorsed or working towards clinical endorsement.<\/h6>\n<h6><em><strong>Please note that bulk-billing is at the discretion of each psychologist.<\/strong><\/em><\/h6>\n<h6>For fee paying clients, payment is required on the day of service. A receipt with appropriate item codes and details will be provided for the purposes of Private Health rebates.<\/h6>\n<p><strong>Cancellation Policy:<\/strong><\/p>\n<h6>Toowoomba Psychological Services values and respects not only the time and efforts made by all clients, but also the expertise and commitment of all psychologists.<\/h6>\n<h6>&#8211; An SMS or telephone reminder is sent to each client the day prior to your appointment.<br \/>\n&#8211; Please confirm your availability to attend your appointment, before close of business\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0the day before.<br \/>\n&#8211; Failure to do so will result in your appointment being offered to another client who\u00a0 \u00a0may\u00a0 be in need of a session.<\/h6>\n<h6>All our psychologists endeavour to uphold high professional standards and will make the upmost effort to provide 24 hours notice if they are unavailable.
